Well I don't know if I understand correctly what you want, if you talking to girls to tell you what kind of man they want of you want to know our opinio about the present man (Mankind).

So I will give you my opinion about the second.

I think the present man should be: Honest, kind to other humans even if they have different culture, color, tastes, should be polite with animals and environment, need to stop his greed about money and power ... World is big enough and have enough resources for all, but there always someone that want to have more.

There are some more things, but if at leats everyone come to this, world would be a better place for all.
